Cynthia Flanders is a founding member of Skipjack Partners LLC, D/B/A Manage Fearlessly Prior to founding Manage Fearlessly, Ms. Flanders spent over 30 years with Bank of America and its predecessor organizations,
where she held a series of positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as the Global Commercial
Banking Executive for the Bank's Mid-Atlantic Region.
Ms. Flanders received a BS degree from the University of Maryland, RH Smith School of Business, graduating summa cum laude, and a MBA, also from the RH Smith School of Business. She served as President of the Alumni Association from 2002 to 2003 and currently remains on their Finance Committee.
Ms. Flanders currently serves on the Board of Argan, Inc., the Mental Health Association of Montgomery County and the Maryland Underground Facilities Damage Prevention Authority.

Laura Gamble is a founding member of Skipjack Partners LLC. D/B/A Manage Fearlessly. Prior to founding Manage Fearlessly, Ms. Gamble spent 23 years with Bank of America. Most recently, she was the President of Bank of America, Maryland. Her experience spans all customer segments including business to business from small to large corporations, mass affluent and high net worth consumer markets.
Ms. Gamble received a BS degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Business Administration. Ms. Gamble was recognized as one of the Top 100 Women in Maryland in 2007 and 2004. She has also been named to the Baltimore Power 20 by the Baltimore Business Journal and as one of the Most Influential Marylanders by The Daily Record. She currently serves on several civic and philanthropic boards of directors including the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore, the Baltimore Community Foundation, the Central Maryland Transportation Alliance, and the Sheppard Pratt Health System. She is a Six Sigma Greenbelt and a FINRA Registered Principal with Series 7, 24 and 66 securities licenses.
